Easy going and supportive, was laid back and the questions were good, the staff are very nice as well, the questions were straight fowards and easy going. Relaxed interview overall

Good interview experience, were quick at giving the interview and let you know how long it will take to get back to you which is very helpful. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable, not at all intimidating.
Interviewer was really lovely, was interviewed in the office of the shop, had a set structure of questions and required some prior knowledge about the history of the co-op. There were a few questions that required you to assess a given situation from the interviewer and say how you would respond.

applied online then received an invite for a phone call interview. this was not a video call just a voice call, which I felt was quite informal but I guess its not a formal job.
