Was put into the wrong interview by HR, so prepared for a different role. Interviewers said they thought I was appropriate for the role they were interviewing for but HR send me the wrong prep. Was not offered a second chance to prepare for the actual role. Tried my best in the interview and didn't hear back at all for 4 weeks. Contacted HR to ask for some feedback and they apologised for not getting in touch, told me I was not successful. SHAMBLES of an HR department.
I'm sorry this was your experience, I'll be feeding this back to my colleagues in HR Resourcing. I'd encourage you to keep your eye on Co-op and CoopDigital as whilst this experience was certainly not representative of our best, we're absolutely going places. Thanks again for the feedback. ^Jordan
