They set up a initial Zoom call via email. The first email did not include a Zoom link so had to reach out personally to them the night before to ensure they sent it over. First interview with the recruiter went well and she was super nice. Though it started immediately with a few Linux and Windows command line questions. Fairly easy questions (in my opinion) which set the tone that they were looking for someone with a strong command-line experience right off the bat. However, it went down hill after this point... They wanted to be quick to the second interview so we scheduled it for the next morning. The original invite link was for an hour later than the agreed timeframe so had to ask them to adjust it for confirmation. Then when it came time for that interview the next morning I waited in the Zoom room for 20 minutes BUT they never showed up... We were trying to re-schedule this second interview for the next day which they offered me a time slot and I confirmed it right away. Then got another email a couple hours later to shift the meeting 45 minutes later the agreed upon time. I agreed with the later time slot as well, but they never confirmed back either time with a Zoom invite... Woke up the next morning waiting hopefully for a Zoom link to be sent before either agreed time slot, but nothing ever arrived. All these incidents led me to withdraw my application. I feel as if most applicants would have do so as well after being stood up for the second interview!
