Interview
The initial screening process was straightforward. The questions I was asked were all pretty standard interview questions. The recruiter/interviewer was nice and told me that project hosts would review my resume and decide if I was a good match for the position.
A relatively normal screening interview. Unfortunately, with little to no follow-up/ assistance post-interview, it was revealed how inconsistent this program is regarding placing candidates. Even if qualified, don't expect the process to move quickly (or at all) following the screening interview.
Basic first screening interview, but informative and helpful to understand whole program. Simple questions on your experiences and explanation of system, with details supplied by host organizations at later date.
