I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Classy, Inc (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Phone screening process was easy and quick. Met with 3-4 sales managers and the VP of sales. All were very great at incorporating business/experience related questions as well as spending time learning about the type of person I am. Younger management team so there was a definite focus on making sure the candidate is a 'fit' for the team and the company culture. Strong focus on maintain a certain level of quality in the people they hire to not muddy the waters with potentially toxic personalities. Interview process was one of the best I've ever been through.

Question 1
What one word would you use to describe you as a sales professional?
The process was a series of virtual video interviews. First with the various sales managers, then with the director of sales, and finally with the EVP of sales. Throughout the process HR kept in touch via email and guided me on what to expect in each subsequent next step.
Screener call with recruiter, than another with manager. Three interviews with managers. Quick, informative and thorough. Felt like my time was respected and that I got all my questions answered.
