The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager and team members. The interviews focused on my experience, technical skills, and ability to work in a team environment. I was notified of the hiring decision shortly afterward.

Described research interests and what skills I want to learn and what technical skills I had as well. There is a match process where you are matched to a mentor based on previous research experiences and whether the mentor would like to take you on as a research student.
Phone interview followed by site visit. The site visit was composed of a tour portion and an interview portion with all team members for the department. All around a very smoothly ran and straightforward experience
