The process is very chaotic and shows a lack of respect for candidates' time. I received an invitation for an interview scheduled for the next day, right in the middle of my working hours. I asked if it could be rescheduled by a few days, as I couldn’t attend at the proposed time. They rescheduled it for the following day at 4 PM. Then, at 1 PM on the following day, I received an email saying it had been moved two hours earlier to 2 PM. Unbelievable. I contacted them, explaining that I couldn’t join because I had planned my entire workday accordingly. No response. They ghosted me for two weeks, only to randomly schedule another interview on short notice. I declined, as such a lack of respect for my time is a major red flag.
