Went to a 1st interview and was approved to the 2nd one. On the time and date of the 2nd interview, I entered the call and waited. And continued to wait... After 30 minutes I left and sent a message to HR about the situation. A few hours later I got an email from HR stating that "due to unforseen circumstances, the position is no longer available". It was the most unprofessional thing I ever went through in an application process. Please do better. Also, the job went most likely to an internal candidate, as that was hinted in the 1st interview. If that is the case, then just hire the person and dont make us lose time, effort and resources.
