Applied online in August through their website. Didn't hear anything and figured out that my application was in the corporate black hole. Finally got an email in October saying that I was selected for a first round video interview. They asked some basic Excel questions and then the video portion started - all basic fit questions, but incredibly awkward because their was no interviewer to establish rapport with. Never received an email telling me how my interview went and since position starts in a few weeks, assumed I was rejected.
