I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Sep 2018
Interview
Did one on-campus interview and then superday. The entire process took no longer than 2 weeks and they were pretty fast about decision making. Overall the questions were pretty standard and they didn't expect the interns coming in to know a lot. As long as one shows reasoning behind every statement it should be good.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
On-campus:
1)Pitch a stock
2)Explain sth on my resume under interests
Superday:
1)If I was in coma for the past three months and just recovered, how would you summarize what has happened?
First round phone call, pretty straight forward, lots of resume questions and a trade pitch question
2nd round was the superday with case, technical and behavioral. each one was 30 minutes. the technical was pretty okay talking about bond fundamentals, markets worldwide. behavioral was pretty standard. one of the most unique questions was "describe an ethically ambiguous situation and how you reacted to it?"
