Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Interview
I did the online assessment, which I passed and was notified of my results by email immediately. I passed and received a call from the branch manager and got a phone interview. Passed that, then got a interview with the managers of my branch. Went in, passed that got another to meet with operations manager and got an offer from HR two days later. Now I'm happily employed.

Name a time when you had to read body language of a customer who was unhappy but didn't say so. how did you approach them and resolve their problem
Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
