I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citco (Toronto, ON) in May 2015
Interview
Phone interview, then in person interview. Asks behavioural questions. Transferrable skills from previous work experience and education as well. Very friendly interviewers. Basic questions nothing difficult or exceptional. Received an offer a week later and started a week after.
Was greeted by a rude receptionist, smiled and calmly waited in the waiting room. Was approached by the interviewers and had a mini tour of the office and had the interview in a board room. Fairly straight forward questions however the reason I gave the interview process a thumbs down is because of the promise that the interviewer gave me that they'll contact me in 2-3 weeks with the result. A month went by and I didn't get a call or e-mail. Even on their website did they state that a member of HR will contact the interviewee with the results. May not be a big deal to others but its the principle that grinded my gears.
Phone interview with HR, then scheduled for interview with two managers. Asked for rundown of resume. General interview questions about knowing the role, why are you a suitable candidate, how good are you with excel. Very friendly interview
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citco
Interview
The first interview was a phone interview with a very friendly lady. The second interview was with two gentlemen; both of them were kind, while one of them was very warm and encouraging.
