Telephone interview, followed by 2 teams interview with team leader and department head. Friendly and conversational with a small presentation activity. A welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, with room to ask questions and learn more about the day to day expectations.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cision (Toronto, ON)
Interview
There was a phone call with the recruiter. The next round was to be a video call with the direct reporting manager but, I did not get selected. I also only had customer service experience and not customer success like they needed. They informed me the next day itself that I wasn't selected.
Two interviews+ a presentation - very smooth and fairly short process. It was made clear from the very start what the process will look like. The whole process lasted less than 2 weeks.
