The interview process is very well structured. The complete interview process took around two months. From application to offer release. The first round is conducted by the HR and the Hiring manager. HR gives you an overview of the company and role. Then you can expect technical questions from the hiring manager. After this you will be invited for a Trial Day at Cinemo Office. On this day you are given a set of tasks that you need to complete in around 5 hours. The tasks are based on the technical skills required in the role. They are very self explanatory and the team as well as people around you are also supportive. After you complete the tasks you have to give a presentation to the team which means you get a chance to meet your future team as well if everything goes well. After this you have a detailed discussion with the HR about your performance and salary they can offer you. After both parties agree, the offer and contract will be released.
