Chubb Java Lead interview questions

Got the call from LiveConnection consultancy & then had about 1 hr interview discussion next in Chubb office. There were 3 people during that discussion to ask the questions about the project structure & technology. LiveConnection consultancy is the most useless entity in this whole system with no reason to exist. Main point if you want to convince/fool the interviewer/director to hire you :- Prepare 1-2 real/hypothetical projects to say that you designed them completely & how did you make that design extensible & what challenges you got & how you led the team working on your design. And you will be selected, rest we all know how the things go in 90% projects in reality in these organizations.
