Phone interview was very friendly and stress free. The in person interview with the hiring managers was a few days later. Felt more like a conversation than an interrogation (like other companies). They put you at ease and are genuine nice people. They just want to make sure you have experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chubb (New Brunswick, NJ) in Apr 2025
Interview
I was stood up on initial call screening with no notice. I blocked out my schedule for the call that never came yet was confirmed.
Then was rejected after I complained to HR about my experience. I have over 20 years ok I have my own business now but wanted to back into what I was doing most of my working life. I felt age discrimination was another definite factor.

Question 1
You been away so long you think you can come up to speed?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chubb (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2018
Interview
Brief and to the point. Stated what my desired pay request. They low balled me with an offer significantly less that what I accepted. Chubb used to be great to run claims for, but changes are in the wind. They used to pay their employees better, but since the ACE acquisition, its apparent Chubb will end up like every other carrier out there.
