I'ts a little demanding you have try really hard if you are someone that's doesn't have much School or age of 17. They will discriminate on age as your mid 20s.

They asked about myself.
What previous Job.
They mainly want the young teens here and shift leads after a year of work.
Interview was chill. Manager was friendly and asked basic questions about myself and work experience in a kitchen (which prior to this role was zero). I think he primarily wanted to see that I had a strong drive and work ethic.

They asked me about my experience in customer service and in the kitchen
Group interview. Very informal. Was asked to come and observe for second interview and it was awkward and the employees were unwelcoming and didnt really seem interested in making the interview process enjoyable.
