I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Fresno, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Open Interview, was sat down with 7 other candidates and was asked about ourselves. Afterwords we were told that we would have to wait for a phone call for an individual interview. The first is mainly to get to know you in a group, the next is the initiative you would take as a leader.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
