I went through a series of three interviews. The first one was with the general manager and two other candidates. The GM had a 1:1 with each of us, asking general questions about us, and it seemed like she liked me so she scheduled a second one with me. This next was one was with the assistant manager and one of the other candidates from last time. Same routine. 1:1 with each of us. This interview was more focused on what to expect in the company. I was honestly off-put by how passionate this guy was about a fast-food job. Anyway, he scheduled me for a third interview. This last one was with two other managers who basically asked the same questions as the GM in the first interview. At the end of the interview, they tried to find the GM to see figure out my next steps. They couldn't find her, so they told me to expect a call in the next 48 hours, and if not, just call them instead. That call never came and I called multiple times, but the manager was never present and I was even hung up on one time. I'm kind of upset that they wasted my time putting me through three interviews and not stopping me at one of them just to reject me in the end. Seriously, though, three interviews is way too much.
