Interview
I applied to Chipotle at 11pm one night and I received a call back for an interview the next morning. We scheduled an interview for the next day at 2pm and I went in and met with the apprentice of the restaurant and one of the restaurants team members. I was asked standard interview questions (It's important that you do your research before your interview, if you don't know much about the company!!!). After we finished the interview I was told they would give me a call back if interested. The next day I received a call with a job offer.
Remember: when they ask "Do you have any questions?" Ask them SOMETHING. They want to really know whether you are passionate about working for Chipotle.
