I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle in Jun 2022
Interview
It was very easy and felt like a normal conversation. They gave me a free drink and went over the expectations of this job while periodically asking me questions. It took about 30 minutes for the full interview including my questions about the job and they offered me a crew member position at the end. I sent my application online with the chipotle jobs website before I was called for an interview so they already knew about my prior work experience and availability. Smiling and having a positive/energetic attitude goes a long way as well.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
