Interview
They asked questions and i answered. Multiple people were on the panel, they were all friendly and encouraging to give more details on my answers. They have a check off list of things you say or do to make sure you meet their requirements. One of these requirements was to wear proper interview attire so make sure to do that.

why are you able to work in fast paced environment
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
