I applied online and they called me back two days later at 8:00 pm. I missed their call the first time so i called them back to check on the interview. They had me for 8:30am on a Thursday. The questions were fairly simple if you did your research on Chipotle.

Tell us a hard time you went through in your life and what you did to come up on top.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
