3 interviews each took 1 hour and I was hired as crew with gm 13 years experience. It took to long and 3 separate interviews which took 2 weeks.and after it all you have to start at the bottom.

Considerate and based on work culture. Asked questions that more focused on how you manage people within the company culture. Friendly and professional. Ideals were very important while answering the questions.

Web cam based, nervous if you do not do those often! Wasn't very hard questions mainly personality which is a little flawed seeing that I don't react with a screen like a real person.
