Had an interview with an employee. They asked my availability and describe myself. All went well and said I should wait for a second call, but never got it.
Quick chat with manager, 30 minutes, had to speak about my previous work experience, and how I Work with customers and availability as well as commitment to the team for both the current season and onward.
It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.
