The first interview was held on-campus and scheduled through the career center; the format was two interviewers. Once passed, a second interview was scheduled at the office location for about half a day. It consisted of a benefits overview and then three separate interviews in 1:1 format with different finance managers and leaders that you could be working for. There was also a hosted lunch event and a an employee on the program that participated as your host so you can ask peep level questions.
