I applied through a friend I had a Chef. First there was a phone screen that was pretty typical. Next there was a pre-technical screen that only had one question that was relatively technical. After that, there was a project to complete over the course of a week that was fairly challenging. Finally there was a group of 1-1 interviews mixed with technical questions and just general conversations.
Mostly, if you are a solid developer you should be fine. Personally, I didn't encounter any "gotcha" type questions. Be able to talk about your craft and your experiences in detail.
