Interview
Short. Asked how much money I've been responsible for, if able to stand for long periods of time (9hrs), demonstrate how to sell an item/role play. 3 months training before you are able to perform tasks by yourself!
Nice and simple. Standard customer service questions. Very pleased with the manager. She reminds me of how I manage when I run a business. It was to the point. Very clear what was wanted from me as an employee.

Interview
Basic math test, drug test and background check. It was rather simple. Local branch managers conduct interviews so I would expect every interview to be different. Be friendly. Talk about customer service and you will be fine.
