4 Initial interviews and a written test. Worst interview experience so far. All interview rounds were conducted by "veterans"(10+ years at the firm), in oppose to the people you will be working with/for. This essentially leads to a cult mentality, further adding to the bizarre questions asked in the interviews. Very few questions were actually asked regarding the job role and my previous experience. 3rd/4th interviews were back to back, just over two hours. The 4th round was definitely a large eye-opener as the interviewer arrived late, sat on her laptop the whole time and would interrupt my answers. This led to a very awkward/stressful interview. Thankfully one of the interviewers had done my role, and asked me some interesting questions, and was able to get an idea of my technical experience. No feedback was even given after the 4th round rejection.
