Interview
I'm after phone interview - it took 30 min. Questions were basic, regarding my motivation to work at this position in Chatham, company value and my plans of career development. Very nice atmosphere of conversation, without any stress.
Starts with multiple rounds of virtual interviews and if you make it past those, a final super day in person. Questions are pretty straight forward, they want to get to know you and your experience.
Phone interview followed by a day of onsite interviews. Onsite interviews involved 8-10 different interviewers and 4-5 interviews. Each interviewer asked the same "walk me through your resume" type questions and a brainteaser. Brainteasers were challenging but workable, a lot of time to allotted for them.

Question 1
Let’s say that you have 25 horses, and you want to pick the fastest 3 horses out of those 25. In each race, only 5 horses can run at the same time because there are only 5 tracks. What is the minimum number of races required to find the 3 fastest horses without using a stopwatch?

Interview
The Interview process was very straightforward, and a fairly quick process. I did a Skype interview first where the recruiter asked me questions about my background and why I was interested in Chatham. The second interview was a half a day group atmosphere that consisted of a group lunch, 2 types of tests, and 4 rounds of 2 on 1 interviews. One of the 2 on 1 interviews consisted of brain teasers.
