The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Culver City, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Interviewed about 6 months ago. Initial phone interview went great. In person interview 1 went ok, but the interviewers were a little stuffy and lifeless. Got a call for a second interview, was STOKED thinking this was it! This lady had no idea she was interviewing me, told me she JUST got my resume, and told me halfway through the interview that they were about to do a hiring freeze. She was kind of rude to be honest. Got an email saying they went with another candidate two days later, but the job posting never came down. I can guarantee you I was overqualified.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Chase
Interview
They ask mostly behavioral questions throughout the interview and really try to get to know you as a person. Interview process wasn’t difficult, but there were 3 rounds - first, meeting with the hiring recruiter, then area manager, and lastly the branch manager who I would have worked with.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chase in Dec 2025
Interview
Timely interview with recruiter and branch manager both were great. Asked about work history and gave a great rundown on daily expectations. The branch manager was nice and very forward on how she wants her branch ran.

Question 1
How do I maintain in a fast paced environment. For me it was simple coming from wireless communications. It’s always busy and serve a lot of customers.
phone then in person interview, all behavioral questions about teller work. was not too hard, just have some answers prepared before coming in and or having the phone interview, good luck!
