The first round is a thirty minute online questionnaire testing your finance abilities. Questions are pretty basic, include graph reading, etc. Was reminiscent of a slightly harder SAT or GRE math section

There were a series of questions that required mental math that I wasn't expecting. On the whole, it seemed like a fair test.
Did an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, then had an office interview with the team. No tricky or difficult questions. Typical behavior questions and questions about experience. Fairly relexed interview process.

Interview
The interview process differs based off if you are referred or not. If you are not referred you undergo either a phone interview or laptop questionnaire before they move you to the next round. If you were referred then you go in for a in person interview from 2 managers.
