Question 1
This place turns in to the movie "Office space" real fast!
If the regional manager shows up that day, you will get at least 3 to 4 bosses asking you to do the same thing.

Your immediate boss will sit at the next desk and listen to your interaction with customers that sat down with you. Then when your done , the boss with sit with you and say," Lets talk about how you handled that customer". Regardless of if they fill you did well or not.
Major micro-managers in that place. Very hard to get thru the day without choking one of those idiot former stripper bank managers.

Interview setting in front of 8-10 regional managers. Ask you about prior sales roles and other behavioral questions. Wanted to mainly know how you persuade people. Can be a bit intimidating with that many people asking you questions one after another.
