I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chase in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied as an internal employee (I started off as a teller). I applied online the same way I had before, got called for an interview just as any candidate had. Met first with the branch manager and then for my second with the ABM and district manager. Interviews weren't bad except for excessive role playing, but you should expect that for almost any sales position.

Question 1
The most difficult part for me is the role playing, usually is for most people. Other than that, most of the questions were pretty straightforward. I think the most difficult to answer was why I should be the one they chose. I mean, everyone's going to say they're enthusiastic, hard working and learn quickly. What can you say to stand out there?
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.

Question 1
They asked me to "role play" a situation where I forgot to give the customer back an important document.
