Interview
A standard interview process. There was four meetings, including three rounds of interviews with various levels and a Demonstration. They were great at giving feedback and communicating every step of the way.

Question 1
The interview questions were mainly about my background, my sales style, coach-ability and questions involving if I would be a good fit with the team. Was very straightforward.

Interview
4-5 rounds of interviews: Initial phone screen (30 min). Manager in-person/virtual (45 min). Skip level VP in-person/virtual (45 min). 3-4 person panel presentation (45-60 min). Peer phone call, if requested (30 min). This process was thorough and efficient. The Head of Talent Acquisition is incredibly responsive and provides excellent feedback throughout the process. They also stay engaged and manage expectations. Most questions were around relevant experience(s) and were interested in cultural fit. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided constructive feedback following the presentation. They offered opportunities to speak with peers and future colleagues for their honest experience, and intentionally aligned start dates with other new hires to make the experience seamless.

Sales Specific: You will need to speak to numbers, sales process, prospecting philosophy, and C-suite buying personas and typical discussions.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ChartHop (Land O' Lakes, FL) in May 2021
Interview
