We are sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing. We will be transparent and acknowledge that, in the early days ChartHop started as a less mature product, scaling quickly in a changing economy. As a result, we faced unexpected challenges that required us to pivot and adapt rapidly—some due to external factors and others where we could have admittedly done better. That being said, we have grown a lot in the past three years. We have worked hard to build an ambitious product while also focusing on a high-performance, growth-oriented culture that we are proud of. While we cannot change the challenges from our past, we remain committed to always reflecting on constructive, thoughtful feedback, as it helps us better support our employees, enhance our product, and improve the overall customer experience.
