      The most ridiculous and predatory interview process. It consisted of two interviews and an assessment. The assessment itself is problematic for several reasons. The questions are extremely niche to their industry and company and were divided into a three-part series. Each part had anywhere between 3-4 questions, asking candidates for specifics on onboarding clients and included a coding section. The assessment was so in-depth that they gave candidates two weeks to complete it. If it takes two weeks to complete an assessment, you should probably reevaluate your interview process or, at a minimum, pay candidates. After spending several days completing the assessment, I received a generic rejection email the following week. Looking back, it seems they’re using candidates’ work for their own internal processes. Another red flag during this process was when I asked the would be manager how I could make their job easier. They mentioned not bogging them down with questions and using resources, which suggests the company doesn’t want to onboard properly and operates in a chaotic environment.

      Part 1: In order for ChangeEngine customers to leverage the product to its full extent, 4 critical integration tasks are completed as part of the technical implementation process: ● Single Sign On (SSO) (ie. Google Social OAuth, Okta, Azure AD, etc.) ● Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (ie. Workday, BambooHR, etc) ● Messaging Channel (ie. Slack, Teams) ● Email Domain Authentication 1. Explain how you would obtain the information needed to complete these tasks and describe the approach you would take to get the customer live and using our platform as soon as possible.
