      Pros

      To me working from home is a big plus! But I specially love the fact that everyone in the company cares for the work that they are doing. Everyone wants to see the company grow.

      Pros

      Working at ChangeEngine I feel accepted and valued by my team and superiors. The salary is good, the in-person meet ups are fun and the constant communication makes it feel like a real collaborative effort. The company values diversity and inclusion, as do many customers.

      Cons

      Since work is very collaborative, you need to keep track of many messages, mails, schedules and sometimes await for someone else to take action before you can continue your work. This requires organization which can be managed by modern calendar apps, well-defined notification and alert set ups and an agenda. Being a start-up, I am uncertain of the direction of the company, but I see people working hard and that reassures me a bit.

      1. A high trust environment, most people have worked together before 2. Lovely company culture. A lot of respect and appreciation across teams. 3. Many customers love the product 4. Exceptional engineering team

      Cons

      In my opinion more responsibility for the product's outcomes should be delegated to the Product Managers and Product Designers. I have seen progress in this area, but there is more to do.
