I had multiple interviews. We reviewed my skills and my work style. We spent a lot of time discussing upcoming requirements within marketing and how I would respond to those requirements.

Question 1
Much of my interviews were conversations. We discussed the problems the company was trying to solve. I described my experience solving similar problems and my thoughts on how I'd solve those problems. It was a give and take. We tossed different ideas around and discussed the pros and cons of each approach.
