Phone screening with TA that then either qualifies you for an interview with the hiring manager. I was asked basic questions, some of which were just confirmation of what my resume included.
I had an initial meeting via Zoom with a recruiter. Then I had a virtual modern hire interview with 3 questions and I had a Zoom interview for 1 hour with the hiring managers.
