Interview
Gave me exact instructions as to where to park, and to enter the building. Also, inquired if I had any difficulty with this. Very friendly. Interviewer made me feel comfortable to ask questions, but also explained many concepts of the company. Looked at me as an individual. Made me feel that my presence was important and I would be a valued member of the team. Very impressed!

The interview process was fairly average. there was one interview with the recruiter and a second interview with the manager, who asked about my experience in case management and nursing. The manager also wanted to know my experience with resources within the community.
Pretty easy straight forward questions. Had to answer pretty much the same questions with recruiter and hiring manager. Most were tell me a time questions but specifically related to job.

The interview process with Centene was detailed and thorough. The recruiters make sure you are ready. Supervisors and managers have conversations with interviewees, not interrogations, making the experience one of the best.
