Interview
The interview wasn’t so much an interview as it was just seeing if I was a good match for the team. There were no typical interview questions like “Tell me about a time when...” or “Tell me about a situation and how did you handle it...” It lasted an hour and the manager basically just told me about the department, the team, what programs are used, benefits, and productivity expectations.
Initial interview was self-recorded in response to several questions sent. Received second interview request which was virtual with several different hiring managers. Interviewers made me feel comfortable and less nervous. It was a very positive experience.

Interview
Use star questions, research the company, initial interview was 15 min through video. Had 72 hours to complete self-paced video interview. Next step is phone call. Smile, dress professional and be in a professional setting.
STAR method questions asked. Interview was pretty laid back. The team made me feel comfortable during the process. Was allowed to ask questions & interview ended well before the scheduled time.
