The interview process consisted of a pre-screen video call and a panel interview. I met virtually with a talent acquisition specialist and went over my resume and experience. I was also given a lot of insight into the role and company, and, ultimately, we both thought this could be a great fit for me. I was then scheduled for a panel interview, which went very well. The interviewers asked a few behavioral-style interview questions and asked why I would be a good fit. At the end of the interview, I was told that they had quite a few more interviews to complete, and it may be a little while before I hear back from them with a decision. They ended up calling me the next day and offered me the job!
