Since it was through a recruiter, it was very casual. It was basically a conversation about what I'd be doing day to day. A little about the programs I'd be dealing with.

I met with the manager for the position and it went rather quickly. Talked about my skills and then just some chit chat and some details about what they were looking for and job details. This was for a contract to hire position.
