Interview
The interview process was two-fold: an initial phone screen that merely collected information followed up by a second phone interview with a district manager. Both times the person on the other line was writing down information, which made for some awkward silences in between questions.
The questions were not too hard but didn't seem overly relevant to the job itself. Perhaps they were gauging personality to see if it was a match.

Very long and in-depth interview process. Recruiter - Phone Screen- Interview with Manager- Half-Day Campus Visit (you will need to take time off from your current job to do this) which gives you a glimpse into what your possible future job might entail- Phone or Virtual Interviews with Director of Sales and VP- Group Interview with Leadership Team. About a 3-month long process (for me anyways, might differ on a case-by-case basis).

They asked me to pretend to sell them a digital product from a list. I chose Netflix, they called me from another room pretending to be a customer, and then I proceeded to sell them on Netflix as if I worked for Netflix.

For my interview process, I first submitted my resume online. Then, I had a short introduction interview over the phone to schedule the first real phone interview. After the phone interview, I completed two hours of shadowing at Cengage in Florence, Kentucky. Finally, I had a group interview and mock interview.
