Interview
First interview was with a recruiter who goes over the basic information of the job to make sure it is a good fit for both sides. Second interview is with hiring manager and is a normal process, both sides asking questions and going over work history, etc. Then comes the computer literacy assessment. Personally I have worked on computers in sales jobs for over 15 years with the last 6 of them being remote. I somehow got an 81% on the second computer test (there are 4) and they stopped the process right there (need 85%). While I can understand that computer literacy is very important with a remote job, this is a CRAZY approach. On top of that, to not be more lenient or CARING is a horrible company practice. Just be aware that if you miss a few questions that have NOTHING to do with the sales position, you will NOT get the job...no exceptions

Interview
It was a bit overly brutal. Questions were shot at me sorta aggressively. I don’t mind that I got denied because I landed another role, but I do wish I had been treated a little nicer.
