Had a case interview over the phone was a basic question and next stop is power day of around 4 interviews. Not sure if there’s anything after power day. Questions were not that difficult if you know basic math and problem solving.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CarMax (Richmond, VA) in May 2026

Am currently still interviewing - first round was a phone call interview with basic behavioral questions, going over my resume, etc. Currently preparing for my second interview with the Case Study.
There was no phone screening before I got my offer for first round. I am expecting a 30 min behavioral section and then one 30 min case based on probaiblities and loan savings.
I have it tomorrow, we will see how it goes. I am expecting a case study and behavioral questions that will be during a 1 hour long interview. I am interviewing for the Atlanta position.
