I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Car Rental Gateway in Aug 2022
Interview
One interview with HR/Manager then a technical interview with an Engineer. I had to do write a project on the spot (API build and consume other API). Finally an offer was made.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Car Rental Gateway (Tartu) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interviewer forgot the interview and I had to make calls to get information. Interview itself was ok, mostly very soft questions and not very technical. I also got an office tour. Office is overall nice, but it was mostly open and there was a lot of noise.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Car Rental Gateway (Tartu) in Nov 2022
Interview
After a quick chat with the recruiter I got invited to their office for a further interview with one of the senior developers. This was a breath of fresh air in the current climate of all interviews tending to happen online. After that there was a programming task, which was also conducted in the office. Although the recruiter had asked me whether I would prefer a backend- or frontend-related task, and said I'd prefer frontend, the task given to me was about building a web service, which definitely hadn't anything to do with frontend. So I ended up spending most of my time researching the correct API-s to use. The business-logic of the service was trivial. I was pleased that the whole interviewing process involved just two interviews within about 1-2 week time frame. Though I did get an offer, I turned it down as it wasn't really the kind of job I was looking for.
