Capital Good Fund interview questions

The first interview via video was with the direct supervisor and the HR manager. Questions revolved around the role itself and hypothetical situations. The second interview was with the COO and CEO. This seemed more about overall personality and a few questions were about the role itself. I received an offer the next day. I emailed to negotiate a 9% increase in base salary and had the offer immediately rescinded. They are not open to negotiation.
