Message on LinkedIn from internal recruiter, then a telephone interview going through CV and relevant experience. Advised I would be called back and invited to a 2nd stage interview with hiring manager... 4/5 months later, still no word. Of course I haven’t waited and have moved elsewhere, but this is extremely poor considering it was a ‘communications’ role. Rather ironic! (Capita PIP)
